Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your admin settings. When you upgrade, the new features are available immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Technicians are staff users with admin, manager, or technician roles. Parent accounts, which access the parent portal, do not count toward your technician limit.
Yes. Each additional technician beyond your plan's included limit costs $29/mo. Enterprise plans include unlimited technicians.
